Shipping Policy
Lighting and rugs are sent by parcel and arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Furniture is delivered by a two-person team in 2 to 3 weeks; we call you to agree a date.
Delivery is free on orders over €150 within the EU. Below that, parcel delivery costs €6.90.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging. We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
If you bought as a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days. You can do that online: use the “Withdraw from contract here” link at the bottom of every page. We confirm your withdrawal by email.
Faulty or damaged items are covered by the legal guarantee of at least two years. Contact us and we will repair or replace the item.
